Senior residents of Karnataka state, aged 60 years and above, have been extended 25% concession in ticket fare of Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation’s (KSRTC) City, Suburban, Ordinary, Express, Semi-deluxe and Rajahamsa buses.
Senior citizens can produce any one of the below-mentioned ID cards to avail the facility.
List of documents: Passport issued by the GOI, Voter ID card issued by Election Commission, Aadhaar card mentioning date of birth, Driving License, Identity card indicating date of birth and residential address, issued by various departments of government of India or PSUs/corporations of government of India, NREGA ID card indicating date of birth and residential address, identity card indicating date of birth and residential address, issued by various departments of government of Karnataka or PSUs/corporations of government of Karnataka, identity card issued by the Physically Challenged and Senior Citizens Welfare Directorate or Senior citizen Identity Card issued by KSRTC.
