While the existing TNSTC fleet comply with Bharat Stage (BS) III emission standards, engines of the new fleet are compliant with BS IV standards, and more environment friendly. Along with safety exits both doors come in foldable pattern, while there is a luggage compartment beneath floor, features that were missing in the existing TNSTC buses.
Disadvantages : Inside path is short, Seats are not comfortable for long journeys, Space between two seats (leg space) are short.
