Catch the first regular run of the Mysore – Chennai Intercity Express hauled by a colorful Ad painted WAP7 Loco. The Bangalore – Chennai Intercity Express train is now extended upto Mysore at both ends.
This Train comes as a great relief specially to daily workers who travel en-route Mysore to Bangalore and vice versa, providing them early morning and late evening connectivity between the two cities.
There were no Daily trains to Mysore from Bangalore after 7 PM and the Bangalore – Kannur Express via Mysore which runs 4 days a week was the only option how ever that train was already fully booked by long distance travelers and was not helpful for daily Pass holders and vendors for short distance travel.
