A complaint letter to abhibus (ticket booking site) admin against Kallada Travels.

My wife had to travel from Eranakulam to Dharmapury on this Sunday (23-07-2017) night at 11.30 PM so as to reach Dharmapury by 6AM. We had booked the online ticket through abhibus and since my wife was alone I asked her to get down at Krishnagiri if it is still darkness around. But the bus reached Dharmapury early at 5.45AM but in the ticket it was mentioned as 6AM. Hence she decided to get down at Krishnagiri since it may not be safe to get down at Dharmapury at 5.45 AM.
But the driver behaved very rudely to my wife and asked her to get down at Dharmapury otherwise she has to pay additional 100 rupees to the driver. Because it was dark she gave that 100 rupees to driver and in return the driver did not even give any ticket. He must have put that money in his own pocket.
We had already paid the money till Bangalore and it is utterly ridiculous to pay extra money for getting down at Krishnagiry instead of Dharmapury.
So I request you to take action against that driver.
By employing these kind of idiots Kallada will soon lose its reputation.
