e-SURVIVOR: First look at Maruti’s first e-car
Maruti Suzuki showcased the concept e-SURVIVOR displaying its resolve to take to the electrification transition taking place in the country. The vehicle as Maruti’s first electric vehicle will be launched in India in 2020.
The e-SURVIVOR will be equipped with autonomous driving capabilities along with having connected solutions and being electric. Maruti Suzuki also launched a working system of next generation hybrid technology that will move alongside its vision of EV. In this concept SUV, the proud 4-wheel drive heritage of Suzuki combines with electric capability, to offer fine control and outstanding mobility.
The e-Survivor concept demonstrates Maruti Suzuki’s efforts in the direction of electric mobility and presents an innovative, futuristic vision. Ecosystem will include local production of components, capabilities for battery manufacture and recycling. The e-SURVIVOR will be equipped with autonomous driving capabilities along with having connected solutions and being electric.
