KSRTC Bus Fans are showing their affectionate passion towards KSRTC Buses by expressing their love by modifying the buses with sticker works, fancy lights, providing WiFi facility etc nowadays. All these things are experimenting on the newly introduced Super Deluxe Air Buses by KSRTC towards Bangalore sector from various places in Kerala.

The process of giving these buses a makeover was started by Bengaluru-based designer Joseph Scaria who would make it a point to travel by the Tiruvalla-Bengaluru Super Deluxe service for which new buses have been rolled out. He along with other frequent travelers collected Rs 3000 to give their bus a new attractive look.

Basically it was stickers just to show our love for the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation. Numerous criticisms have been fielded back and forth against the corporation, but at the end of the day many of us would be proud to see the green-yellow (Express) or the yellow red buses (Superfast),” said Sujith Bhakthan, who heads a team of avid fans of the KSRTC which is behind the blog https://www.aanavandi.com/blog.

In fact the fans have carried out the “modification work” in few of our buses (two each of Tiruvalla-Bengaluru, Kottarakkara-Bengaluru and Nilambur – Bengaluru buses) and plan to change the looks of the Ernakulam-Bengaluru Super Deluxe and Palakkad – Bengaluru Super Deluxe by this week.

After inspiring by these sticker works, many KSRTC staff are implementing the same in their buses by their own or by approaching Jos F Scaria. Munnar Bangalore bus has got sticker sponsored by the Petrol Pump owner in Munnar. And Thrissur Bangalore Deluxe has come up with new Stickers and stylish colored lights on its body which is completely done by the staff by collecting money themselves.

Antony Varghese, A Techie from Cochin and one of the person behind Team KSRTCBlog has been trying to provide WiFi service in Various buses running towards Bangalore. “Since the bus runs through the highway, WiFi could be a facility that will be in great demand. Most of the commuters are techies and the KSRTC could go a long way in attracting a few more of them,” Antony said.
