Kerala State Road Transport Corporation is running a “Super Express” bus from Kasargod to Kottayam and vice versa. The bus takes the route Bekal Fort, Kanhangad, Nileshwaram, Payyannur, Pariyaram Medical College, Thalipparamba, Kozhikkode, Thrissur, Perumbavoor and Moovattupuzha to reach Kottayam.

Reservation facility is available at Kasargod and Kottayam. One can reserve the ticket 21 days in advance. Online reservation is also available.

Note: Apart from this service, There is one Super Express Air Bus which goes to Mookambika from Kottarakkara which departs Kottayam at 21.50 and arrives Kasargod at 09.30.
