KSRTC Karikkamuri parking ground to be strengthened

The Kochi Metro Rail Limited has asked the Kerala State Construction Corporation to reinforce and strengthen the land that was being used at Karikkamury to park KSRTC buses, before the monsoon. The cost is estimated to be around Rs 54.90 lakh.

The KSRTC had handed over 1.10 acres of land to the DMRC for stacking materials for constructing the Salim Rajan overbridge. The alternative parking area turned slushy during the rains and hence the handing over of the work to KSCC.
