The MLA said the corporation has kept ready five buses for carrying out special services to Pampa from Pandalam where a large number of pilgrims congregate to worship the Thiruvabharanam kept at the Pandalam palace during the annual Sabarimala pilgrim season.
District Collector S. Harikishore said the KSRTC authorities have also made arrangements to open the toilets at the bus depot from Monday. The MLA has called for increasing the strength of the police force to be deployed at Pandalam and Adoor during the pilgrim season.
