The new version from the Volvo Buses India in comparison with buses operated by Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation, are loaded with several advanced features. The floor height is very low so that elderly and differently-abled persons can easily board the bus.
Cameras attached with Global Positioning system (GPS), GPRS and GPS fitting to trace the movement of the buses, easily breakable glasses and public address system are other features of the new buses.

Meanwhile, Let us just compare these buses with our Volvo Ac Low Floor Buses which is running in Ernakulam – Trivandrum route. PRTC has introduced this buses with high back seats and magazine holders which will make the long journey comfortable for the passengers. Its high time that our RTC should think about changing the seats to make the low floor buses more attractive and comfortable to public.
