Requesting to bring a proper system to eradicate corruption of BMTC conductors
The real face of BMTC has been captured and in which a Volvo bus conductor, after getting money Rs.45 for ticket, refuses to give ticket saying he would pay penalty if caught by checking inspector. It is really an ugly face. The captured incident took place in Mahadevapura. This is just one of the fraudulent methods the BMTC conductors are following to cheat bangaloreans.
You can’t even find a single bangalorean who was every time given balance amount/change back every time after buying a ticket in any kind of buses in Bengaluru. In this regard, I might have lost around Rs.5000 in last 4 years to BMTC conductors. Very few conductors do their job correctly and I appreciate them.

Another one of the fraudulent methods is quite innovative and that might have never been used by any other conductors in the world. According to this, the conductor will pass many people a same ticket and finally get some amount fraudulently to his packet. For instance, a bus starts from location A to location C via location B. Now the conductor will give the passenger, who boarded in location A to B, a ticket which is really for location C. When the mentioned passenger gets down in location B, the conductor will get that ticket back from him and give the same ticket to other passenger who boards at location B to C. The amount paid by the first passenger from location A to B is stolen by the conductor.
I promisingly say that whenever I board a bus in Bengaluru, I am not so much worried about the thieves who steal mobiles and purses but the bus conductors. Being careful one can easily escape from the former but no bangalorean can escape from the latter in any way. The victim passenger who can’t even find your complaint cell number in BMTC buses has to shut his mouth up and move away to escape from your conductors’ disgraceful behavior.
I request that kindly take the concrete action systematically for eradicating these kind of social evils in BMTC permanently and let me know.
