Tata unveils eVision sedan concept at Geneva Motor Show
Tata has unveiled the eVision at the ongoing Geneva Motor Show. The unveiling comes after weeks of teaser images. The car gets the new, Impact 2.0 design language which can also be found on the recently unveiled H5X SUV concept and the 45X premium hatchback.
The eVision is based on a new electric version of the Omega platform which is modular, which means there will a lot of cars, hatchbacks, SUVs can be made out of this platform.
This unveiling also marks Tata’s two decades of appearance at the Geneva Motor Show. The eVision gets a coupe-ish roofline which plunges down to the boot. The front end styling is similar to the 45X hatchback with slim LED headlamps, wraparound LED tail lamps and brushed aluminium grille.
Tata has not divulged any power figures except for the fact that the sedan can go from zero to 100kmph in 7 seconds, and has a top speed of 200kph. The car also features advanced driver assist systems (ADAS) and a predictive energy management system.
